At Store To Brand ("STB"), we are committed to delivering high-quality services, mentorship, and store solutions to our clients. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Important Notice
Building an online business involves risk, effort, learning, and consistent action. STB does not guarantee sales, revenue, profits, business growth, or any specific results from our services, mentorship programs, store builds, Fast Launch Stores, training, or resources.
Results vary from person to person and depend on factors including, but not limited to, market conditions, experience, product selection, advertising, effort, execution, and business decisions.
By purchasing from STB, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Premium Stores & Fast Launch Stores
Customers may request a cancellation and full refund before work has commenced on their order.
Once work has commenced, the purchase becomes non-refundable. This is because STB immediately begins investing time, labour, software, setup, design, configuration, and other non-recoverable resources into the project.
Work commencing may include, but is not limited to:
- Store setup and configuration
- Store design and customization
- Product sourcing or store preparation
- App installation and configuration
- Branding implementation
- Account setup
- Any preparation or delivery work undertaken by STB
Once a store has been delivered, transferred, or made accessible to the customer, the sale is final and non-refundable.
Refunds may only be considered if:
- STB is unable to deliver the purchased service.
- Significant technical issues directly caused by STB cannot be resolved within 30 days of delivery.
Mentorship Services
Customers may request a cancellation and refund before onboarding has commenced and before access to mentorship resources, support, calls, or materials has been provided.
Once onboarding, support, calls, resources, or access to mentorship services have commenced, purchases become non-refundable.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable resources, templates, guides, training materials, and other digital products are final and non-refundable.
Refunds Will Not Be Provided For
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Lack of sales or business performance.
- Dissatisfaction with business results.
- Failure to implement advice, guidance, or strategies provided by STB.
- Changes of mind after work has commenced.
- Inactivity or lack of effort.
- Product selection preferences after delivery.
- Account restrictions, suspensions, bans, payment processor issues, or platform-related changes outside of STB's control.
- Advertising performance or marketing results.
- Any factor outside the direct control of STB.

Processing Approved Refunds
Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase.
Depending on your payment provider or bank, refunds may take between 5 and 45 business days to appear in your account.
