All content, materials, systems, and intellectual property provided by STB are owned exclusively by STB unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Shopify store designs and structures
  • Store templates and themes

  • Sales funnels and conversion frameworks
  • Branding concepts and brand assets
  • Logos, graphics, icons, and visual elements created by STB

  • Training materials and mentorship content
  • E-books, guides, PDFs, documents, and worksheets
  • Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Written copy, descriptions, scripts, and content

Permitted Use

Customers purchasing an STB product or service are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for their own personal or business purposes.

Where applicable, customers may:

  • Operate and manage a purchased Shopify store
  • Modify their purchased store for their own business
  • Use training materials for personal learning and implementation
  • Use marketing assets provided specifically for their business

This license does not transfer ownership of STB intellectual property.

Prohibited Uses

Without prior written permission from STB, you may not:

  • Copy, duplicate, reproduce, or distribute STB materials
  • Resell STB store templates or designs
  • Resell any digital products provided by STB
  • Share training materials with third parties
  • Upload STB resources to public or private communities
  • Claim STB content as your own
  • Modify and redistribute STB materials
  • Sell, sublicense, lease, or transfer STB intellectual property
  • Republish STB content on websites, social media, courses, or marketplaces
  • Use STB materials to create competing products or services
  • Reverse engineer, replicate, or recreate STB proprietary systems for commercial resale

Store Purchases

Where STB provides a completed Shopify store or custom website:

The customer receives ownership of the specific store delivered to them and may operate, modify, and manage that business as they see fit.

However, ownership of STB's underlying intellectual property, systems, templates, frameworks, training materials, and proprietary methodologies remains with STB.

Purchasing a store does not grant permission to:

  • Replicate the store for resale
  • Sell STB templates as standalone products
  • Distribute store files to third parties
  • Use STB materials to create competing store-building services

Training, Mentorship & Educational Content

All mentorship sessions, coaching materials, recordings, guides, frameworks, and educational resources provided by STB are protected by copyright law.

You may not:

  • Record and redistribute sessions
  • Share resources with non-paying individuals
  • Upload materials online
  • Sell, license, or repurpose STB educational content

Access is provided solely for the registered customer.

Marketing Assets & Media

All marketing materials provided by STB, including graphics, advertisements, creatives, images, videos, templates, scripts, and promotional content, remain the intellectual property of STB unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Copyright Infringement

STB actively monitors unauthorized use of its intellectual property.

If we believe our intellectual property rights have been violated, we reserve the right to:

  • Issue cease-and-desist notices
  • Suspend or terminate access to services
  • Remove access to purchased materials
  • Pursue legal action
  • Seek financial damages and recovery of legal costs where permitted by law
